With over three decades of comprehensive experience in investment management and the broader financial services industry, Shahzad brings a wealth of expertise. His career has encompassed a diverse range of leadership roles, including overseeing equity research functions, managing equity portfolios, and spearheading the growth and administration of both Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternate Investment businesses. Before his tenure at TCG AMC, Shahzad served as the Head of Alternative Investments at Nippon India Asset Management. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in the introduction of multiple asset classes beyond public equities, such as Real Estate, High Yield Credit, and Venture Capital. Prior to his engagement with Nippon India, Shahzad held the position of Executive Director at ICICI Prudential AMC.
