He possesses extensive experience as a real estate professional, with a proven track record in investment strategies, capital acquisition, and asset disposition across diverse property classes. His deep understanding of industry dynamics is informed by navigating multiple market cycles and successfully spearheading numerous fundraising initiatives. Prior to his current role, Mr. Mittal served as the CEO of the Real Estate private equity division at MO Alternates for over a decade, overseeing its expansion from inception to managing assets under management (AUM) exceeding INR 7,500 crore. His prior experience includes significant tenures with prominent financial institutions such as ICICI Prudential AMC, ICICI Bank, ASK, and First Rand Bank.
