Mr. Vikas Jain brings over two decades of expertise in the Indian debt landscape. During his tenure with the A. K. Capital Group, he played a significant role in credit assessment, strategic guidance, and expansion initiatives for a diverse range of private sector entities, notably encompassing mid-market businesses. For approximately the past decade, Mr. Jain has been an integral part of the investment banking division at AK Capital Services Limited. In this capacity, he has been responsible for managing a proprietary portfolio exceeding ₹400 crores, with a primary focus on fixed income instrument transactions. His core competencies lie in discerning client requirements, conducting thorough credit appraisals, and structuring fundraising initiatives that are meticulously aligned with investor risk profiles, drawing upon a profound understanding of capital markets and their associated instruments. Mr. Jain's contributions have extended to various critical functions, including managing placements with retirement funds, providing advisory services to venture debt funds, and orchestrating the structuring of diverse debt instruments. His strategic acumen has consistently generated value throughout the debt financing continuum, from initial engagement to final closure. Academically, Mr. Jain is a Chartered Accountant and possesses a Diploma in Treasury & Forex Management from ICFAI. Further demonstrating his dedication to professional development and adherence to regulatory standards, he has successfully obtained the NISM-Series-XIX-C: Alternative Investment Fund Managers Certification.
